How can I book an appointment to speak to someone initially?

There are lots of ways you can get in touch with us – if you’d like to speak to us directly to arrange your first appointment please call us on 01474 351199 and we’ll be happy to help. Alternatively, you can email us on enquiries@hatten-wyatt.com or use our Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible to organise your meeting.

Do you have parking onsite?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer parking onsite however the Parrock Street public car park is directly behind our Windmill Street offices – hourly rates chargeable in this car park can be found here (link to GBC site). Alternatively if you wish to visit us by a train we are a five minute walk from Gravesend Mainline station.

Do you do Fixed Fee Appointments?

Yes we do – these are largely 30 minute initial consultation appointments but some departments do offer longer slots. Each has its own cost attached so please contact us for further information.

Do you work with Legal Aid clients?

Yes we do however currently we are only able to work with Legal Aid clients in our Family and Crime departments.

What are your office opening hours?

Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm

Would you be able to visit me at home?

Home visits are carried out only by our Private Client department, and only made to the sick/incapacitated/elderly clients that are unable to come to the office, or those clients who are wheelchair dependent. Arrangements for home visits can be discussed in more detail as part of your initial enquiry.

Do you offer a No Win No Fee option?

This is something that we will consider however it will be evaluated on a case by case basis – this can be further discussed in your initial appointment.

How much will I have to pay in total?

Each case is completely individual and the time our solicitors spend working on them is different in every instance. We can talk you through an estimated timeline of work to be done and predicted costings once the level of assistance required by you is established in your initial meeting however please be aware that these will only be a guideline. Your solicitor will always confirm with you any actions to be taken before they are executed so you are in full control.
